Returns & Refunds


All returns and exchanges must be authorized and assigned a Return Authorization number before return. In general we do not accept returns, and return done is by our sole discretion - additional shipping charges may apply. 


When sending returns, make sure they are in the same original carton and condition as they were received—report damaged and shortages to hotels4humanity in three (3) business days of receipt.IF YOU REFUSE AN ORDER WHICH HAS BEEN SHIPPED TO YOU PRIOR TO OUR ACKNOWLEDGED RECEIPT OF YOUR CANCELLATION, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BOTH THE FREIGHT CHARGES TO YOU AND THE RETURN FREIGHT CHARGES BACK TO US.
