WHAT IS HOTELS FOR HUMANITY MISSION STATEMENT?

Hotels4humanity operates beyond the boundaries of hotel supplies. As a socially conscious business model, it uses its vendor platform to engage in activities that deal with reputation management, niche marketing, and employee morale, All of which support hotels in identifying with a larger audience for room nights.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD FOR MY HOTELS4HUMANITY ACCOUNT?

If you're signed in to your account, head on over and click the Icon user, located near the Top Right Side of the page. This will bring you to the account page. Click account settings, and you can change your password there. 

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW DO I RESET THE PASSWORD TO MY ACCOUNT?

Select Sign In, located at the top right-hand side of Hotels4humantiy.com, and click on "Forgot Your Password."

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM EMAILS?

Simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Hotels4humantiy email.

How Can I Check My Order And Shipping Status?

For online orders an e-mail will be sent shortly after your order has been submitted providing shipping information, processing and freight costs. If you need further information, simply sign in and click on the My Orders on the menu bar to view all current orders and orders placed in the last year.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, we are unable to edit your order. Please note, there is a short window of time (up to 1 hour) after order placement when your order can be canceled. Navigate to order history inside your account icon on the upper right-hand side of your window. We are unable to cancel orders after this window has passed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Order processing will vary depending on the products purchased. For non-customized products, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Most shipments will take an additional 1-7 business days. For customized products like WestPoint Martex RX & other custom-made items, processing can range from 4-6 weeks.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP IF I'VE ORDERED BOTH CUSTOMIZED AND NON-CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT?

Orders with customized and non-customized products will ship separately. Customized product has an additional processing time and will be shipped once completed. Unless your order qualifies for Free Shipping, in which case we may ship LTL

WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION OR A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

Yes, you will. When our shipping provider scans your package, we will send you an email with the tracking number included. Feel free to contact us at support@hotels4humanity.com if you have not received your tracking number.

DOES HOTELS4HUMANITY SELL PRODUCT ON EBAY?

We will be offering our own bath amenity line with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar soap. These items will be on eBay & Amazon

CAN'T FIND THE PRODUCT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR OR IT'S OUT OF STOCK?

Not all our manufactures the capabilities to tell us whether an item is in stock or out of stock, thus if you have any concerns we are happy to check availability before you make an order.

WHAT IS HOTELS4HUMANITY’S ADVERTISED PRICING?

We post the price per each of our products, usually for the smallest item or size. We do it this way due to the limitations of our selling platform. However, most of our products are sold by the case. However, we are exploring ways to solve this issue.

WHERE DO I ENTER A PROMOTION CODE?

Once you add your hotel supplies to your shopping cart, you can enter your promo code on the final Check Out page under the Payment section. Be sure your code has been applied before submitting your order.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR NET 30?

Please contact us if you’re a hotel or B2C reseller for more information on qualifying orders.

HOW CAN I GET HOTELS4HUMANTIY CATALOG?

We are in the process of creating one; however, it is not available currently.

 

WHAT IS A PROCESSING FEE?

Hotels4humanity ships many of its products directly from manufacturers. These manufacturers sometimes charge handling & warehouse fees, and others have to charge us sales tax because we do not have a nexus in that state. Because the fees vary, we call it a processing fee.
