Shipping Policy

At, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality of service.  1We offer free shipping on purchases over $7,500 within the lower 48 states, as well as competitive rates for orders outside of this area. Most orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground, but large items, such as lodging furniture, will be shipped via freight. All orders will be shipped with no signature required upon receipt. This means the package will be left at the shipping address whether or not someone is there. We are not responsible if a package is lost or stolen after delivery.

To request tracking information, please email us at with the following information in the subject line “TRACKING”, the name of the individual or company that placed the order, the order number from your email receipt, and the email address at which you wish to receive the tracking information. Please wait at least 2-5 business days before requesting tracking numbers, as we cannot provide tracking information for orders until they leave our warehouses.
