Hospitality Product Catalog Shipping Policy and Important Information

Hotels for Humanity’s shipping calculations are determined by the weight of the order and the distance of the shipment at ground commercial rates. Transit times vary depending on destination.

No Signature required

All orders with a total less than $1,000 will be shipped with no signature required upon receipt. This means the package will be left at the shipping address whether or not someone is there. We are not responsible if a package is lost or stolen after delivery.

Internet Orders

Internet orders are processed as they are placed at the site. If you place an order after 5 pm EST, it will be processed the following day. The shipment schedule is based on the date your order is received. You will receive an email receipt when you place the order. You may use the order number on that receipt to request order tracking if you need to.

We do not ship on Sunday.

We do not ship to international destinations or P.O. Boxes--you must provide a street address for your order. We are not responsible for delays in delivery services due to weather or mechanical error and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.

Shipping Orders

We do not ship orders on the same day they are received: shipping times vary by item from 1-2 business days for amenities and up to 4 weeks for made-to-order spreads, pillows, mattress pads, Bellman’s Carts, and other miscellaneous items. We note shipping times when you order, but if you do not see a ship time listed on the order page, please email us before completing your order and we would be happy to give you a time frame.

Most items ship FedEx ground, except large items like lodging furniture. Items will be shipped via freight.
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Instructions for Requesting Tracking of Hotels for Humanity Orders

Please wait at least 2 business days before requesting tracking numbers, as we cannot provide tracking information for orders until they leave our warehouses.

If we have tracking information, it will be sent to you by the end of the next business day. If we do not have tracking information yet, we will email you an approximate delivery time and then update that information when we have the tracking information available. To request tracking, please send us an email at support@hotels4humanity.com with the information below:

  • In the subject line, please write “TRACKING.”

  • In the body of the email, include the name of the individual or company who placed the order.

  • In the body of the email, include the order number from your email receipt.

  • In the body of the email, include the email address at which you wish to receive the tracking information.

  • In the body of the email, include the email address at which you wish to receive the tracking information.
