Hotels 4 Humanity is dedicated to providing stellar services to all their customers, irrespective of whether they are new or old. We have been operating beyond the boundaries of hotel supplies and equipment for years now. We understand that many people have questions related to our supplies, products, and services. We have also gotten some queries regarding using our website as well. So, to ensure that you have all your questions answered, we are sharing some of our frequently asked questions (FAQs) right here with you. Let’s begin.

1.    How Do I Change My Hotels4Humanity Account Password?

It’s relatively simple to change the password of your Hotels4Humanity account. All you need to do is sign into your account, then click on the user icon, which would be at the top right-hand side of the page. Upon signing in, the website will direct you towards the account page. Here, you will need to click on ‘account settings,’ and you can find an option to change your password.

2.    I Forgot My Password. How Do I Reset My Password?

We understand that people can sometimes forget their passwords. It’s not possible to know every password when you have so many different applications. If you have forgotten the password to your Hotels4Humanity account, all you need to do is go to the sign-in page. It would be at the top right-hand side of the Hotels4Humanity.com page. Once you’re there, you need to click on the option “forgot your password.” The website will then direct you to a page from where you can change your password.

3.    How Do I Unsubscribe from Emails?

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving emails from Hotels4Humanity, all you need to do is click on the “unsubscribe” link, which you will find at the bottom of any emails sent by Hotels4Humanity.

4.    How Can I Check My Order and Shipping Status?

One of the joys of online shopping is tracking your orders and checking their shipping status. Hotels4Humanity understands that and has ensured customers can check their order and shipping status easily. You will receive an email a short time after submitting your order, which will show you the freight and processing costs and shipping information.

If you want more information regarding your orders, sign in to your account and click on the “My Orders” on the menu bar, where you can view all your current orders and any orders you may have placed in the previous year.

5.    Can I Make Changes or Cancel My Order?

Once you have placed your order, we will process and ship your order as soon as possible. After you have placed your order, we will be unable to edit the order. There is a short time window (usually 1 hour) after you have placed your order, when your order may be canceled.

If you want to make changes or cancel the order, navigate the icon “order history,” which will be on the upper right-hand side of the page. We won’t be able to make changes or cancel the order after the 1-hour window has passed.

6.    How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?

The amount of time it takes to process an order depends on the products you have purchased. If you have bought non-custom products, please allow a minimum of 1 to 5 business days for your order to be processed. In general, our shipments take an additional 1 to 7 business days to be completed. If you have bought custom-made items, the processing period ranges between 4 to 6 weeks.

7.    How Will My Order Ship If I’ve Ordered Both Custom and Non-Custom Products?

Please note that orders with custom and non-custom products will be separately shipped. Custom products have an additional processing time, and they will be shipped once that has passed. If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, we will ship it quickly through LTL.

8.    Will I Receive a Tracking Number or Notification When My Order Ships?

Yes, you will receive them. When our shipping service provider scans your package, an email will be sent to you by us with the tracking number of your order. If you haven’t received your tracking order, feel free to contact us at support@hotels4humanity.com.

9.    Do You Sell Any Products on Amazon and eBay?

Yes, Hotels4Humanity will be offering their bath amenity line with bar soap, lotion, conditioner, and shampoo on Amazon & eBay.

10.                   I Can’t Find the Product I Want, or It is Listed as Out of Stock?

Sometimes the product you want to purchase is out of stock or removed from the list because the manufacturer no longer offers that. If you have any particular product you wish to buy from Hotels4Humanity and are struggling to find it, we are more than happy to check the availability from the manufacturer before you place your order.

11.                   What Is the Advertised Pricing for Hotels4Humanity?

Most of the prices we post for our products are generally the smallest size or item. We prefer to do it this way because there are limitations to our selling platform. However, we sell most of our products by the case. We are still looking at ways to resolve this problem for our customers.

12.                   Where Do I Enter the Promotion Code?

You can enter the promotion code on the final checkout after adding all your hotel supplies and items to the shopping cart. There will be a section under the “payment” section to enter the promo code. Always make sure the code has been applied before you submit your order.
